  • Our residents have the ability to submit all work orders with pictures through the resident portal. We monitor work orders daily and aim to have initially scheduled or resolved them within 72 hours. Residents also have a maintanence emergency line to call 24/7 in case of emergencies. Emergencies are deemed to be anythiing that threatens the safety or integrity the home or resident. Once work orders are completed our technician submits pictures of completed work which owners have full access to monitor.
