Angela Harding
Angela began her real estate career as a loan originator focused on investment financing, creating a program that funded both the purchase and rehab of properties based on after-repair value. Her expertise led to national speaking engagements, educating investors on creative financing strategies. In response to the 2009 market crash, she earned her Michigan broker’s license to help stabilize investor portfolios through lease options and land contracts. She later managed a Private Placement Memorandum that acquired distressed properties via sheriff sales, including an 84-unit complex that sparked her shift into property management.
As Michigan’s market tightened, Angela expanded into Ohio, obtained her broker’s license, and began building and managing portfolios in Toledo. Her company now supports investors nationwide and abroad, earning her the reputation of “The Cleanup Queen” for helping out-of-state buyers recover from poor investments.

Jaydee Harding
Jaydee Harding was immersed in real estate from a young age—hauling shingles at 14 in Detroit marked the start of his property management journey. While earning his A.A. degree, he began rehabbing and leasing homes in the Toledo area. His passion for growth led him to Tampa, FL, where he specialized in lease-ups and managed large-scale communities of 200+ units.
After starting a family, Jaydee returned to Toledo and earned his Ohio Real Estate license to help expand his family’s firm, TPM Realty. As Operations Manager, he oversees renovations, leasing, and marketing, turning distressed properties into thriving income assets.
